Retreat at Continental House this Spring

Join Megan and Dee this November at Continental House in Hepburn Springs for an unhurried weekend full of yoga, meditation and time out.

Retreats are an opportunity to nurture yourself on all levels whilst deepening your understanding of and connection to yoga. It feels truly luxurious to do this whilst stepping away from the responsibilities of day-to-day life and fully immersing in your wellbeing.

Our Spring retreat will focus on enhancing your wellness via daily Flow and Yin Yoga classes. We’ll explore practices such as meditation, mantra and pranayama to soothe tired bodies and restless minds, partake in mindful activities, and dine together on nutritious food.

Over the weekend you’re invited to add a touch of pampering to your experience in Spa Country – visit nearby Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, book yourself a Zen Thai massage with Dee, or check out the in-house Turkish Hammam*. Our venue, Continental House, offers plenty of nooks to curl up with a cuppa and a good book, plus we’ll immerse in nature in the stunning surrounds of Hepburn Springs. If you feel so inclined, take a drive and sightsee in the local area and shops, or walk around Daylesford’s famed lake.

Whisk yourself away before the silly season begins with a retreat designed to nurture and help bring you back into balance. We promise to add warm company and plenty of laughs to the mix. This will be a weekend you’ll cherish and remember for a long time.

No prior experience with yoga necessary. Spaces are strictly limited. Bookings close October 27, 2023.

HOW TO BOOK: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. Email Megan on with your room preference, including names of any companions if travelling with a friend or partner, and we’ll provide bank details for payment. Final balance is due Tuesday October 10, 2023.
