Join Megan and Dee for a weekend retreat exploring Yin Yoga and traditional practices to help you slow down and nurture your sense of self.
Retreats are an opportunity to nurture yourself on all levels whilst deepening your understanding of and connection to yoga. It feels truly luxurious to do this whilst stepping away from the responsibilities of day-to-day life and fully immersing in your wellbeing.
Our Autumn retreat will feature a deep dive into the practice and principles of Yin Yoga with Megan, with hands-on and energetic assists provided by Dee. We’ll move our bodies through practice twice daily, adding meditation, mantra and breathwork. We’ll enjoy a workshop on Yin Yoga. We’ll spend time talking about our love for Yin and Yoga over healthy, warming meals. It will be an enlightening and soothing experience for mind and body, especially at a nervous system level.
Over the weekend you’re invited to add a touch of pampering to your retreat experience – join us on a visit to nearby Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, or check out the in-house Turkish Hammam*.
Our venue, Continental House, offers plenty of nooks to curl up with a cuppa and a good book, plus we’ll immerse in nature in the stunning surrounds of Hepburn Springs. If you feel so inclined, there’s free time to take a drive and sightsee in the local area and shops, or walk around Daylesford’s famed lake.
Join us for a retreat designed to nurture and help honour the slower, softer Yin aspect in life. We promise to add warm company, laughs and good food to the mix.
NO prior experience with yoga necessary. Spaces are strictly limited in private or twin share room. Secure your spot with a $149 deposit, payable by Thursday Feb 22. Bookings must close Friday April 5, 2024.

Packages include 4 x 75–90 minute yoga practices, 1 x 60 minute Yin Yoga workshop, 2 x breakfasts, 2 x dinners, unlimited snacks, fruit, tea, coffee, sparkling water, 2 x nights accomodation in chosen room with private ensuite, arrival gift, access to two teachers for entire weekend, and boundless knowledge and take-home tools.
