Join Yoga Spot Fairfield teachers Megan and Dee for a Mother’s Day weekend retreat to help you slow down and embrace self-care. Let us take care of your every need.

Retreats are an opportunity to nurture yourself on all levels whilst deepening your understanding of and connection to yoga. It feels truly luxurious to do this whilst stepping away from the responsibilities of day-to-day life and fully immersing in your wellbeing. Tell whoever you need to that you’re prioritising yourself for this one weekend a year and all other plans are on hold. Or tell no-one and come anyway!

Yoga classes on our Women’s Wellness Weekend will be taught by Megan, with hands-on and energetic assists provided by Dee. We’ll practice twice daily, adding meditation, mantra, and breath work to the experience. Classes cater to yogis of all levels, and will be a mix of Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga. On Saturday afternoon we’ll enjoy a mindfulness session that will see you create something very special to take home with you. At meal times we’ll sit around Conti House’s enormous dining table and share stories over heart-warming, nutritious meals (BYO wine). Our retreats encourage you to build your mind-body connection, as well as a connection to others. We also make space for you to rest, and to simply be.

Over the weekend you’re invited to add a touch of pampering to your retreat – visit nearby Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, or join us in Conti House’s Turkish Hammam, a highlight of every retreat we’ve hosted here*.

In between planned activities there’s plenty of nooks to curl up with a cuppa and a good book, or immerse yourself in nature and the stunning surroundings of Hepburn Springs. If you feel so inclined, there’s free time to take a drive and sightsee in the local area and shops, or walk around Daylesford’s famed lake.

Join us for a retreat designed to honour the slower, softer side of life. Since Sunday is Mother’s Day, we’ll wrap up early for those who need to head home, with a late check-out option for those who don’t.

NO prior experience with yoga is necessary. Spaces are strictly limited. Secure your spot with a $200 deposit, payable by Monday March 17. Bookings must close on Friday April 25.

Can’t attend every week? No problem – either make-up the class with your choice from our timetable, or re-join a session on the next available course.

PLUS we offer a pricing option with TWO extra classes per week* to encourage you onto the mat to try out your new skills and establish a healthy new routine.

When: Monday Feb 13 – Monday Mar 6, 7.40pm – 8.40pm
Where: Yoga Spot Fairfield, 70 Station St, Fairfield
How much: $139 for 4 week course or $169 for 4 weeks + 2 extra studio classes per week
* Extra classes option must be used weekly and within course timeframe. Classes cannot be carried over.

This will be a fun, interactive workshop with deep intention and purpose. Together we will:
– Establish where you are versus where you dream to be
– Participate in a mindful yoga session with breath work to get your creative energies flowing
– Do a visualization and meditation practice to relax the mind, setting you up for success
– Create your ultimate vision and a plan to make it a reality.

To say we’re thrilled to have Gabor visiting us and offering this game changing workshop is an understatement. Here’s what past participants have said about it…

“This workshop made me think differently about how I approach my life in each moment and I felt inspired to live in a bigger way and be more courageous. Thank you Gabor.” – Alanna B
