Start your yoga journey in a welcoming, caring environment.
At Yoga Spot Fairfield, every new yogi is welcome and our Beginners Courses are tailored just for you. Several times a year, we go back to the fundamentals in a four-week course, to get both new starters and students returning to yoga on track. You’ll be guided through key postures, with tips on how to get your body into a safe position, and to make the postures work for you. Classes are conducted at room temperature so that you can focus on your practice and ask questions with ease.
After the course, you’ll finish with a great knowledge of yoga basics as well as some breath tips and philosophy knowledge, and you’ll feel extra ready to roll out your mat in any of the classes on our schedule. You’ll hopefully move and sleep better too.
Our next Beginners Course begins Thursday February 22 – Thursday March 14, 7.30pm–8.45pm.
