With classes run at room temperature, Slow Flow offers a more traditional asana-based practice, with slower movements and longer holds in poses. The goal is to stabilise your muscles and joints while also focusing on your breath and cultivating a peaceful state of mind.
Slow Flow is perfect for all levels of yoga experience, and in particular for people who are just starting out or are managing injuries. You’ll leave Slow Flow having moved and stretched all parts of your body, feeling focused, and ready to take on or leave behind your day.
