November 16 to November 30, 2025

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime Himalayan adventure where you’re welcomed as a guest and farewelled as family.

Deepen your connection to Nepal’s majestic mountains and yourself through yoga and mindfulness practices on this Heartspace Expedition tour, co-led by Tamblyn Lord from Yoga Spot Fairfield.

4 GREAT REASONS TO JOIN THE TREK

1. Escape the crowds
We have the Himalaya to ourselves trekking far from the congestion and crowds of the Everest and Annapurna regions. Chances are you won’t see another foreigner on this trek.

2. Organic banquets
In true farm to table style, the only footprint created is walking the produce to the kitchen. You may even have a Nepalese ‘momo dumpling’ cooking class one afternoon. The Heartspace chefs are masters at their craft – prepare your belly.

3. Authentic Nepalese culture
Experience local festivals, dancing, food, and daily village life. Including a traditional Nepalese home and farm experience, this adventure presents moments you will never forget.

4. Epic yoga and campsite locations
Beautiful monasteries, terraced farmland and village clearings with spectacular vistas. Enjoy yoga with your guide, Tamblyn Lord, and a local game of volleyball with the kids. Be prepared to love the campsites as much as your time on the trail.

WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY ABOUT THE TREK…

The yoga and mindfulness part of our Nepal trip was such a beautiful inclusion. Aside from the physical benefits of stretching out the body after a hard day of trekking, it had a perfect synergy with the centering and peacefulness of the Nepalese countryside. Tamblyn’s knowledge of the Nepalese people and the Buddhist faith was a highlight for me too.

– Jenny

My trip highlights included the remoteness of our location, the slow rhythm of our daily walks, the incredible kindness and resilience of the Nepalese people, and the magnificence of those mountain vistas. There were a couple of occasions we were encouraged to walk in silence observing our surroundings and our place within it as we walked. I particularly enjoyed this as the perfect antidote to my often too-busy daily grind. It felt like hitting the reset button, wishing I could have that magic reset more often.

– Holly

I looked forward to our mindfulness and stretching routine each morning. It really set the tone for the day, and kept me present in the moment and able to appreciate and absorb the experience of being in the Himalayas. The times of silence as a group on our treks and sunrise was very powerful and something I can recall in my mind back home when I’m feeling the need to slow the pace of everyday life. The optional yoga in the afternoon was a great way to unwind and stretch my tired legs ready for the next day’s adventure.
